Bang! Diamond Dallas Page Is A WWE Hall Of Famer
Look at that picture. Doesn't it epitomize a Hall of Famer in every sense of the word? This is a man who came out to Nirvana's "Smells Like Teen Spirit", a man who began training to become a wrestler at the ripe ol' age of 35, a man who invented his own yoga program that's complete with self customization and wrestling poses, a man who was the main catalyst in helping save and improve the lives of Jake Roberts and Scott Hall.
I talked to DDP once on the phone, no joke. Back when I lived in Philadelphia, I bought a copy of DDP Yoga on DVD and the guy is so damn good at promoting, that he would give his customers a phone call to discuss what they were hoping to achieve out of using his product. I talked to him for five minutes about it. Then a month later, he cut a promo on my voice mail to follow up. Called me a "monkey" and everything. The guy is awesome, his feud with Raven in WCW was awesome, and this clip below where he pulls a fast one on the nWo is awesome.
Pittsburgh's Mark Madden talks trash on DDP all the time, but it's not the first time he tries ripping on a legend (see Bruno Sammartino). He is not a self-proclaimed "Super Genius" in this regard.
Congrats to "The Master of The Diamond Cutter".
